[Machine] Khalid ibn Urfa'tah ibn Abrahah ibn Shayban ibn Hisl ibn Hind ibn Abdullah ibn Ghaylan ibn Aslam ibn Udhrah Hali'f ibn Zuhrah, and Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas was his governor of Qadisiyyah.  

الحاكم:٥٢٢١حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَطَّةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«وَخَالِدُ بْنُ عُرْفُطَةَ بْنِ أَبْرَهَةَ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ حِسْلِ بْنِ هِنْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ بْنِ عُذْرَةَ حَلِيفُ بَنِي زُهْرَةَ وَكَانَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَلَّاهُ الْقَادِسِيَّةَ»
