[Machine] I followed Muhammad and I submitted to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, may His mention be glorious. Then his mother said: "Indeed, no one has more right to be supported and helped by you than your cousin, Ibn Khalik. By Allah, if we were capable of doing what men can do, we would have followed him and protected him." So I said, "Oh my mother, what prevents you from submitting and following him? Indeed, your brother Hamza has already submitted." She said, "I will see what my sisters do, then I will decide whether to join them." I said, "I ask you by Allah, won't you go to him, greet him and believe in him, and testify that there is no god except Allah?" She said, "Indeed, I testify that there is no god except Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." After that, she pledged her allegiance to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ verbally and encouraged her son to support him and follow his orders. This statement is reported to be authentic but not compiled in the collection of Sahih Al-Bukhari.
