[Machine] The passage translates to:

"Ali heard someone swear, 'By Allah, the Exalted has sent down the name of Abu Bakr from the heavens as 'Siddiq' (the truthful).' If it were not for the ignorance of Muhammad ibn Sulaiman al-Saeedi, I would have judged this chain of narration as authentic. There is also supporting evidence in the hadith of al-Nazzal ibn Sabra from Ali. If it were not for the ignorance of Muhammad ibn Sulaiman al-Saeedi, the teacher of Ishaq al-Sululi, I would have judged it as authentic."  

الحاكم:٤٤٠٥أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ وَاصِلٍ الْمُطَّوِّعِيُّ بِبِيكَنْدَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ السَّلُولِيُّ سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ الْعَبْدِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى

سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا «يَحْلِفُ لَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى اسْمَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ صِدِّيقًا» لَوْلَا مَكَانُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ السَّعِيدِيِّ مِنَ الْجَهَالَةِ لَحَكَمْتُ لِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ بِالصِّحَّةِ «وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ لولا جهالة محمد بن سليمان السعيدي شيخ إسحاق السلولي لحكمت بصحته
