الحاكم:٣٩٣٦حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {أَوْ مِسْكِينًا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ} [البلد 16] قَالَ

«الْمَطْرُوحُ الَّذِي لَيْسَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
