[Machine] Al-Aas ibn Wa'il came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) with a piece of bone and he broke it and said, "O Muhammad, will Allah resurrect this after it has turned to dust?"

The Prophet (pbuh) replied, "Yes, Allah will resurrect you, cause you to die, and then bring you back to life, and then enter you into the Fire of Hell."

Upon hearing this, the following verses were revealed: "Does man not see that We created him from a mere sperm-drop? Yet, lo! he (stands forth) as an open adversary." (Quran 36:77) until the end of the Surah.

جَاءَ الْعَاصِ بْنُ وَائِلٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِعَظْمِ حَائِلٍ فَفَتَّهُ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ أَيَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ هَذَا بَعْدَ مَا أَرَمَ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ يَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ هَذَا يُمِيتُكَ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكَ ثُمَّ يُدْخِلُكَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ» قَالَ فَنَزَلَتِ الْآيَاتُ {أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الْإِنْسَانُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُبِينٌ} [يس 77] إِلَى آخِرِ السُّورَةِ
