[Machine] From Abdullah bin Masud, in his explanation of the verse "Then he called out in the darkness" (Qur'an 21:87), he said: "The darkness of the night, the darkness of the belly of the whale, and the darkness of the sea."  

الحاكم:٣٤٤٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنْبَأَ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {فَنَادَى فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ} [الأنبياء 87] قَالَ «ظُلْمَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَظُلْمَةُ بَطْنِ الْحُوتِ وَظُلْمَةُ الْبَحْرِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
