[Machine] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "Indeed, in the animals there are firm signs, which are the mother of the Book." Then he recited the verse, "{Say, 'Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you'}" [Al-An'am 151].  

الحاكم:٣٢٣٨حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ النَّهْدِيُّ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِي الْأَنْعَامِ آيَاتٍ مُحْكَمَاتٍ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {قُلْ تَعَالَوْا أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ} [الأنعام 151] الْآيَةُ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» صحيح
