[Machine] "What you say does not affect us, even if we knew, we would not marry his wives nor divide his inheritance." Then he said, "I will tell you about it. Indeed, the devils used to listen stealthily, and one of them would bring me a true statement that he had heard. But then he would mix it with seventy lies, which the people would believe. So, Allah revealed this to Sulaiman bin Dawud, and he took it and buried it beneath the throne. When Sulaiman died, a devil appeared on the path and said, 'Shall I guide you to a treasure of Sulaiman that no one has a treasure like?' They said, 'Yes.' So, he brought it out, but it was just magic. The nations then followed it, and its remnants are still spoken of by the people of Iraq. So, Allah revealed an excuse for Sulaiman and said, 'And follow what the devils recited during the reign of Sulaiman. It was not Sulaiman who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved' [Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 102]."
