[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that in cases of manslaughter, the punishment should be given according to the amount of blood money paid." Yahya said: 'Ikrimah reported from Ibn Abbas: "The punishment for slaves is applied to him."

الحاكم:٢٨٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ النِّجَادُ الْفَقِيهُ إِمْلَاءً بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ الْبَزَّازُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ بِدِيَةِ الْحُرِّ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا أُدِّيَ مِنْهُ» قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ حَدُّ الْمَمْلُوكِ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ تابعه أبان على شرط البخاري
