[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whichever woman is married by two guardians, then she belongs to the first one, and whichever two men have a transaction, then it belongs to the first one among them." Sa'id bin Abu 'Aruba and Sa'id bin Bashir Al-Dimashqi narrated this on the terms of Al-Bukhari.  

الحاكم:٢٧٢٠حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلَيْنِ ابْتَاعَا بَيْعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا» تَابَعَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَعلى شرط البخاري

The Prophet ﷺ said: Any woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first of them and anything sold by a man to two persons belongs to the first of them. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ بَيْعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ»
