[Machine] Her mother went to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Indeed, my daughter hates him, I swear by Allah." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered him to separate from her, so he separated from her and said, "Do not marry women until you have sought their consent. And when they remain silent, it is their consent." So Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah married her after him.
فَذَهَبَتْ أُمُّهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ ابْنَتِي تَكْرَهُ وَاللَّهِ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُفَارِقَهَا فَفَارَقَهَا وَقَالَ «لَا تَنْكِحُوا النِّسَاءَ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْمِرُوهُنَّ فَإِذَا سَكَتْنَ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهُنَّ» فَتَزَوَّجَهَا بَعْدَهُ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ
