[Machine] "I have hired myself out to a group, so I left some of my earnings for them to take charge of the rituals. Will that be sufficient on my part?" Ibn Abbas replied, "This is among those about whom Allah, Almighty, said, 'For them is a share of what they have earned, and Allah is swift in account.' [Al-Baqarah 202]."  

الحاكم:١٧٧٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ أَتَى رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ

إِنِّي أَجَرْتُ نَفْسِي مِنْ قَوْمٍ فَتَرَكْتُ لَهُمْ بَعْضَ أَجْرِيَ لِيُخَلُّوا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ الْمَنَاسِكِ فَهَلْ يُجْزِئُ ذَلِكَ عَنِّي فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ هَذَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُ ﷻ {أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ} [البقرة 202]  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ»

[Machine] "I have hired myself out from my people in return for them carrying me, and I have set aside from my wages for them in return for allowing me to perform Hajj with them. الحاكم:٣٠٩٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ

إِنِّي أَجَرْتُ نَفْسِي مِنْ قَوْمِي عَلَى أَنْ يَحْمِلُونِي وَوَضَعْتُ لَهُمْ مِنْ أُجْرَتِي عَلَى أَنْ يَدَعُونِيَ أَحُجَّ مَعَهُمْ أَفَيُجْزِي ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ أَنْتَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللَّهُ ﷻ {أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ} [البقرة 202]
