[Machine] "He has made it permissible for the elderly sheikh who is unable to fast, and ordered that he feeds the one whom he knows cannot bear it."  

الحاكم:١٦٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ} [البقرة 184] وَاحِدٍ {فَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا} [البقرة 184] فَإِنْ زَادَ مِسْكِينًا آخَرَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ وَلَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ إِلَّا

أَنَّهُ قَدْ وَضَعَ لِلشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ الَّذِي لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الصِّيَامَ وَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لَا يُطِيقُهُ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ»
