[Machine] "I traveled with the Prophet ﷺ more than once, and every time I saw him pass by the grave of a person, he would command for their burial. He did not discriminate whether the deceased was a Muslim or a non-Muslim."  

الحاكم:١٣٧٤حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الضَّبِّيُّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

«سَافَرْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ مَرَّ بِجِيفَةِ إِنْسَانٍ إِلَّا أَمَرَ بِدَفْنِهِ لَا يَسْأَلُ أَمُسْلِمٌ هُوَ أَمْ كَافِرٌ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
