[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ kissed Uthman bin Mazhun while he was dead and crying" He said, "And his eyes were shedding tears."  

الحاكم:١٣٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَبَّلَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ مَظْعُونٍ وَهُوَ مَيِّتٌ وَهُوَ يَبْكِي» قَالَ «وَعَيْنَاهُ تُهْرِقَانِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُتَدَاوَلٌ بَيْنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ إِلَّا أَنَّ الشَّيْخَيْنِ لَمْ يَحْتَجَّا بِعَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَشَاهِدُهُ الصَّحِيحُ الْمَعْرُوفُ حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَعَائِشَةَ «أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ قَبَّلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ مَيِّتٌ»
