[Machine] Sufyan used to write the hadith at night on the wall, then he would erase it in the morning.  

الدارمي:٥٢٥أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

«كَانَ سُفْيَانُ يَكْتُبُ الْحَدِيثَ بِاللَّيْلِ فِي الْحَائِطِ فَإِذَا أَصْبَحَ نَسَخَهُ ثُمَّ حَكَّهُ»
