[Machine] About Dahhak, he said, "But be scholars of the divine law because of what you have been teaching from the scripture." [Al-Imran 79]. He said, "It is obligatory upon everyone who reads the Qur'an to be knowledgeable."  

الدارمي:٣٣٨أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ
