[Machine] "Concerning a shurayh (a stipulation) in a man's will that recommends more than two-thirds of his wealth, he said: If the heirs approve it, we will grant it. And if the heirs reject it, we still have the choice when they remove their hands from the grave."  

الدارمي:٣٢٣٥أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ
