[Machine] The newborn is not inherited until they become capable, and no funeral prayer is performed for them until they become capable. Once they become capable, the funeral prayer is performed for them, they are inherited, and the dowry is fulfilled.  

الدارمي:٣١٧٤حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ

«لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْمَوْلُودُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ وَلَا يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ فَإِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَوُرِّثَ وَكُمِّلَتِ الدِّيَةُ»
