[Machine] "When a person dies, their rights are obligated to be given to their rightful heirs, and nothing should be given to anyone who converts to Islam or is freed from slavery before the inheritance is divided."  

الدارمي:٣٠٤٢حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ

«إِذَا مَاتَ الْمَيِّتُ وَجَبَتِ الْحُقُوقُ لِأَهْلِهَا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِمَنْ أَسْلَمَ أَوْ أُعْتِقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ الْمِيرَاثُ شَيْئًا»
