darimi:1593Ṣadaqah > Sufyān > Ibn ʿAjlān > ʿIyāḍ b. ʿAbdullāh

[Machine] Abu Saeed and Marwan came to propose, so he stood up to pray two units of prayer. Then the guards came and prevented him, so he said, "I would not abandon them when I had seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordering them."  

الدارمي:١٥٩٣أَخْبَرَنَا صَدَقَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

جَاءَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ وَمَرْوَانُ يَخْطُبُ فَقَامَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَأَتَاهُ الْحَرَسُ يَمْنَعُونَهُ فَقَالَ «مَا كُنْتُ أَتْرُكُهُمَا وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ بِهِمَا»
