bukhari:7398 – Yūsuf b. Mūsá > Abū Khālid al-Aḥmar > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

The people said to the Prophet ﷺ , "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Here are people who have recently embraced Islam and they bring meat, and we do not know whether they had mentioned Allah's Name while slaughtering the animals or not." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You should mention Allah's Name and eat."  

البخاري:٧٣٩٨ – حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ هِشَامَ بْنَ عُرْوَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هُنَا أَقْوَامًا حَدِيثًا عَهْدُهُمْ بِشِرْكٍ يَأْتُونَا بِلُحْمَانٍ لاَ نَدْرِي يَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا أَمْ لاَ قَالَ اذْكُرُوا أَنْتُمُ اسْمَ اللَّهِ وَكُلُوا  

تَابَعَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَالدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ

Some people said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Meat is brought to us by some people and we are not sure whether the name of Allah has been mentioned on it or not (at the time of slaughtering the animals)." Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (to them), "Mention the name of Allah and eat it."

bukhari:5507 – Muḥammad b. ʿUbaydullāh > Usāmah b. Ḥafṣ al-Madanī > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

A group of people said to the Prophet, "Some people bring us meat and we do not know whether they have mentioned Allah's Name or not on slaughtering the animal." He said, "Mention Allah's Name on it and eat." Those people had embraced Islam recently.

ibnmajah:3174 – Abū Bakr b. Abū Shaybah > ʿAbd al-Raḥīm b. Sulaymān > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

“O Messenger of Allah, some people bring us meat, and we do not know whether the Name of Allah has been mentioned over it or not.” He said: “Say: Bismillah and eat.’ They were new in Islam.  

ابن ماجة:٣١٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
