38.1 Al-Hawala (the transference of a debt from one person to another)
[Machine] "And Al-Hasan and Qatadah said: When the appointed day comes upon someone, it is permissible. And Ibn Abbas said: The partners and the heirs divide the inheritance, with one taking an eye and the other taking a debt. If one of them is repaid, it does not revert back to its owner."
