13.12 To say Takbir on the days of Mina and while proceeding to Arafat
[Machine] Omar used to raise his voice in his tent in Mina, so that the people in the mosque could hear him, and they would also raise their voices, as would the people in the markets, until Mina echoed with the sound of takbeer. Ibn Omar would also raise his voice in Mina during those days, after prayers, on his bed, in his sitting area, and on his walks. Maymuna would raise her voice on the day of sacrifice. Women used to raise their voices behind Abaan bin Uthman and Omar bin Abdulaziz during the nights of Tashreeq in the mosque.
