[Machine] ''On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said that circumambulating the Kaaba is a form of prayer, except that permission has been given to speak during it. So whoever is able to speak only good, let him do so. And likewise''

البيهقي:٩٢٩٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا عَبَّاسٌ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ صَلَاةٌ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَدْ أُذِنَ فِيهِ بِالْمَنْطِقِ فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ لَا يَنْطِقَ إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ وَكَذَلِكَ

رَوَاهُ جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ وَمُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ وَغَيْرُهُمْ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ مَرْفُوعًا وَرَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَشُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ مَوْقُوفًا وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَوْقُوفًا
