[Machine] He said about a man who had not performed Hajj: if he intends a voluntary pilgrimage or performs Hajj on behalf of someone else or performs Hajj in fulfillment of a vow, then this is the evidence of Islam. After that, he can perform Hajj on behalf of the man if he wishes, or on behalf of his vow.  

البيهقي:٨٦٩٠أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَحُجَّ فَحَجَّ يَنْوِي النَّافِلَةَ أَوْ حَجَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ حَجَّ عَنْ نَذْرِهِ قَالَ هَذِهِ حَجَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ ثُمَّ يَحُجُّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ بَعْدُ إِنْ شَاءَ وَعَنْ نَذْرِهِ
