[Machine] In His saying, "And whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is Free from need of the worlds." [Al Imran 97] It means that whoever disbelieves in the obligation of Hajj and does not perform it with righteousness, nor refrains from committing sins.  

البيهقي:٨٦٠٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدُوسٍ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ {وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ} [آل عمران 97] يَقُولُ مَنْ كَفَرَ بِالْحَجِّ فَلَمْ يَرَ حَجَّهُ بِرًّا وَلَا تَرْكَهُ إِثْمًا
