[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to put his head out of the mosque while he was in retreat, so I would wash it while I was menstruating.  

البيهقي:٨٥٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ
