[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The grateful eater is similar to the patient fasting person." It has been said about Umar ibn Ali, from Ma'n, from Al-Maqburiyy, from Abu Hurairah.  

البيهقي:٨٥١٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ مَعْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِالْبَقِيعِ فَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ مِثْلُ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ مَعْنٍ عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ وَحَنْظَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
