[Machine] To fast, when one intends to fast, they should stand up, perform ablution, and then complete their fasting.

البيهقي:٨٠٢٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَوْ نُودِيَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالرَّجُلُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ ذَلِكَ

أَنْ يَصُومَ إِذَا أَرَادَ الصِّيَامَ قَامَ وَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ أَتَمَّ صِيَامَهُ
