[Machine] In the wealth of every Muslim, there is a charity (Zakat) of two and a half percent. And whatever is in excess is to be taken into account.

البيهقي:٧٣٥٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي شَيْبَانُ وَجَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقُلْتُ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعَلَى الْمَمْلُوكِ زَكَاةٌ؟ فَقَالَ لَا فَقُلْتُ عَلَى مَنْ هِيَ؟ فَقَالَ عَلَى مَالِكِهِ وَيُذْكَرُ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ الْحَذَّاءِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ هَلْ فِي مَالِ الْمَمْلُوكِ زَكَاةٌ؟ قَالَ

فِي مَالِ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ زَكَاةٌ فِي مِائَتَيْنِ خَمْسَةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَبِالْحِسَابِ
