[Machine] He said, "A man from the tribe of Tameem came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, if I give the zakat to your messenger, am I considered to have discharged it to Allah and to His Messenger?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Yes, if you give the zakat to my messenger, then you have discharged it and its reward and sin are upon the one who accepts it as a replacement.'"  

البيهقي:٧٢٨٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَاللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَتَى رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِذَا أَدَّيْتَ الزَّكَاةَ إِلَى رَسُولِكَ فَقَدْ بَرِئْتُ مِنْهَا إِلَى اللهِ وَإِلَى رَسُولِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نَعَمْ إِذَا أَدَّيْتَ الزَّكَاةَ إِلَى رَسُولِي فَقَدْ بَرِئْتَ مِنْهَا لَكَ أَجْرُهَا وَإِثْمُهَا عَلَى مَنْ بَدَّلَهَا
