[Machine] When Umar ibn Abdul Aziz became caliph, he sent a message to Medina seeking the book of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ regarding charity, as well as Umar's own book. He found the book of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with Amr ibn Hazm, which he had sent to him regarding charity, and he found his own book with the family of Umar, similar to the book of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . So, they were abrogated for him. Amr narrated that Umar asked Muhammad ibn Abdul Rahman to copy what was in the two books for him, and it was copied for him. He mentioned the charity of camels, starting from five up to two hundred, as mentioned in the previous hadith, and then added that when it reaches two hundred and ten, there are four young female camels and a return calf until it reaches two hundred and twenty, then when it reaches two hundred and twenty, there are three young female camels and two return calves until it reaches two hundred and thirty, then when it reaches two hundred and thirty, there are three heifers and two young female camels. Then, he mentioned the hadith regarding its obligation, that for every ten camels added, until it reaches three hundred, there are six heifers or five young female camels and two return calves. Therefore, he can take whichever of these two years he wishes to take from the charity. And when the number of camels exceeds three hundred, for every fifty there is a heifer and for every forty there is a young female camel, and he should not take anything less than ten.
