[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Verily, the deceased is punished by the weeping of his family over him.'"  

البيهقي:٧١٦٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ بَكَتْ عَلَى عُمَرَ ؓ فَقَالَ مَهْلًا يَا بُنَيَّةُ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمِي

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ لَيُعَذَّبُ بِبُكَاءِ أَهْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ بِمَعْنَاهُ فِي الْبُكَاءِ
