[Machine] He said: "The deceased is shrouded, wrapped, and covered with a third garment. If there is only one garment, he is shrouded in it, and this is a confirmed narration. We have also narrated from Nafi' that the son of Abdullah bin Umar died and he was shrouded by Ibn Umar in five garments - a turban, a shirt, and three wraps."  

البيهقي:٦٦٨٩أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ الْعَدْلُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْمَيِّتُ يُقَمَّصُ وَيُؤَزَّرُ وَيُلَفُّ بِالثَّوْبِ الثَّالِثِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ إِلَّا ثَوْبٌ وَاحِدٌ كُفِّنَ فِيهِ وَهَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ 6689 وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ ابْنًا لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ مَاتَ فَكَفَّنَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فِي خَمْسَةِ أَثْوَابٍ عِمَامَةٍ وَقَمِيصٍ وَثَلَاثِ لَفَائِفَ
