[Machine] A king who commands the clouds just as he commands his camels. It is narrated about Ali.  

البيهقي:٦٤٧٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ {وَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ} [الرعد 13]؟ قَالَ

مَلَكٌ يَزْجُرُ السَّحَابَ كَمَا يَزْجُرُ الْحَادِي الْإِبِلَ وَرُوِيَ فِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ
