[Machine] "That he fasts, so I said to Saad, 'O Abu Ishaq, you are a companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and you witnessed the Battle of Badr, and Al-Miswar fasts, and Abdul Rahman fasts, and you break your fast?' Saad said, 'Indeed, I am more knowledgeable than them.'"  

البيهقي:٥٤٨١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ أَبِي وَسَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَغُوثَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَامَ أَدْرَجَ فَوَقَعَ الْوَجَعُ بِالشَّامِ فَأَقَمْنَا بِالسَّرْغِ خَمْسِينَ لَيْلَةً وَدَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَمَضَانُ فَصَامَ الْمِسْوَرُ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ وَأَفْطَرَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَأَبَى
