[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "When one of you seeks permission from his wife to go to the mosque, do not prevent her." The narrator Al-A'lawi added in his narration: "Sufyan said, 'If it is at night.'" And Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us, narrating from Ali ibn Hamshath, who narrated from Muhammad ibn Ayyub, who narrated from Ali ibn Al-Madiniji, who narrated from Sufyan, who narrated from Al-Zuhri, who mentioned it in a similar way, except that he said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said..."  

البيهقي:٥٣٦٦حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْحَسَنِيُّ إِمْلَاءً وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قِرَاءَةً قَالَا أنبأ حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ أَحَدَكُمُ امْرَأَتُهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا زَادَ الْعَلَوِيُّ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ لَيْلًا 5367 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
