[Machine] "That a man greeted the Prophet ﷺ while he was urinating, and the Prophet did not respond to him. This incident is not mentioned in Sahih Muslim from the narrations of Al-Thawri."  

البيهقي:٤٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ أنا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَلَّمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَبُولُ فَلَمْ يَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ مُخَرَّجٌ فِي كِتَابِ مُسْلِمٍ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَإِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ هَذَا عِنْدَنَا إِذَا كَانَ عَلَى الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ وَقَدْ فَسَّرَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ذَلِكَ وَهَذَا أَحْسَنُ شَيْءٍ رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ قُنْفُذٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ وَعَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ الْفَغْوَاءِ وَجَابِرٍ وَالْبَرَاءِ
