I saw him calling for a container to urinate in while I was leaning against his chest, then he became impotent or she said that he became impotent, and he died.' So she wondered, why do these people say that he advised Ali?"
لِعَائِشَةَ ؓ إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ؟ فَقَالَتْ بِمَا أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ دَعَا بِطَسْتٍ لِيَبُولَ فِيهَا وَأَنَا مُسْنِدَتُهُ إِلَى صَدْرِي فَانْخَنَثَ أَوْ قَالَتْ فَانْخَنَثَ فَمَاتَ وَمَا شَعَرْتُ فَبِمَ يَقُولُ هَؤُلَاءِ أَنَّهُ أَوْصَى إِلَى عَلِيٍّ؟
