[Machine] That no one dominated me on that night. Then a man winked at me and I did not turn around. Then he winked at me again and I turned around and saw Uthman ibn Affan. So, I moved aside and he came forward and recited the Quran in one unit of prayer.  

البيهقي:٤٧٨٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ قُمْتُ خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ

أَنْ لَا يَغْلِبَنِي عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ يَغْمِزُنِي فَلَمْ أَلْتَفِتْ ثُمَّ غَمَزَنِي فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ؓ فَتَنَحَّيْتُ فَتَقَدَّمَ فَقَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فِي رَكْعَةٍ
