[Machine] "Allah’s Messenger ﷺ used to pray after Asr prayer and discourage others from doing so, and he would continue to do so. He also discouraged continuous prayer and, in what has passed, there is an indication of his special preference for the maintenance of these two Rak’ahs after the occurrence of Qada (unavoidable delay in prayer fulfillment) due to what he did in the house of Umm Salamah. It has been narrated by Tawus that Aisha said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ only discouraged awaiting the rising and setting of the sun, and when she saw him, he continuously performed these two Rak’ahs, thus confirming the prohibition on these two hours. This prohibition remains constant in them and before them, as well as in what has gone before. Therefore, interpreting his special preference for those two hours is more appropriate, and Allah knows best. It has also been narrated from Ali that the Prophet ﷺ did not provide evidence indicating the permissibility of performing them if you pray Asr prayer at the earliest time."
