[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took gold in his right hand and silk in his left hand, then he raised his hands with them and said, "Indeed, these two are forbidden for the males of my nation." And in the narration of Al-Za'farani from Ali, he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us with gold in one hand and silk in the other hand, and he said, 'These two are forbidden for the males of my nation.'"  

البيهقي:٤٢١٩أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ح وَأنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَوْذَبٍ بِوَاسِطَ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي الصَّعْبَةِ عَنْ أَبِي أَفْلَحَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ الْغَافِقِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ؓ قَالَ

أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَهَبًا فِي يَمِينِهِ وَحَرِيرًا فِي شِمَالِهِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ بِهِمَا يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ حَرَامٌ عَلَى ذُكُورِ أُمَّتِي وَفِي حَدِيثِ الزَّعْفَرَانِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَفِي إِحْدَى يَدَيْهِ ذَهَبٌ وَفِي الْأُخْرَى حَرِيرٌ فَقَالَ هَذَانِ حَرَامٌ عَلَى ذُكُورِ أُمَّتِي
