[Machine] He asked Abu Huraira about the garment in which a man has had sexual intercourse. Abu Huraira said: If he finds anything (of semen) on it, let him wash the garment and if he has any doubt, then let him wring it (twist it) and pray in it. It was also narrated from Nafithat IbnUmar used to say: If you know where it has touched, then wash only that part, otherwise wash the whole garment.

أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَى أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ فِي الثَّوْبِ يُجَامِعُ فِيهِ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ إِنْ أَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ رَأَيْتَهُ ثُمَّ الْتَبَسَ عَلَيْكَ فَاغْسِلِ الثَّوْبَ كُلَّهُ وَإِنْ شَكَكْتَ فِي شَيْءٍ لَمْ تَسْتَيْقِنْهُ فَانْضَحِ الثَّوْبَ ثُمَّ صَلِّ فِيهِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ إِنْ عَرَفْتَ مَكَانَهُ فَاغْسِلْهُ وَإِلَّا فَاغْسِلِ الثَّوْبَ كُلَّهُ
