[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ left and appointed Sabaa' bin 'Urftah as the ruler of Medina. Abu Hurairah said, "I came to Medina as an immigrant and I prayed Fajr behind Sabaa'. In the first prostration, he recited Surah Maryam, and in the second prostration, he recited 'Woe to those who give less [than due],' (Quran, 83:1)." Abu Hurairah said, "I said, 'Woe to Abu Fulan or Woe to Abu Fulan,' referring to a man who used to live in the land of Azd and had two measures - one he would use for himself and the other he would cheat people with."
