[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw saliva on the wall of the qibla, so he wiped it off and then turned towards the people and said, "If any one of you is praying, do not spit in the direction of his face, for Allah exalted His face when he prays." And Abu Abdillah informed us, and Abu An-Nadr Al-Faqih informed me, and Muhammad ibn Nasr Al-Imam and Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Ismail Al-Annbari narrated to me, they said, Yahya ibn Yahya said, "I recited it to Malik, and he mentioned it in a similar way."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَأَى بُصَاقًا فِي جِدَارِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَحَكَّهُ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ يُصَلِّي فَلَا يَبْصُقْ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ فَإِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ إِذَا صَلَّى 3603 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْإِمَامُ وَأَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ
