[Machine] The sheikh and this fate is licensed in it, and the dislike is only in playing with it, and if he had made it equal before entering prayer as Uthman did, it would have been more appropriate. And with the help of Allah, we were narrated by Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib that he saw a man playing with the gravel, and he said, "If the heart of this person submits, his limbs will also submit."  

البيهقي:٣٥٥٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْقَارِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ إِذَا هَوَى يَسْجُدُ يَمْسَحُ الْحَصَا لِوَضْعِ جَبْهَتِهِ مَسْحًا خَفِيفًا قَالَ

الشَّيْخُ وَهَذَا الْقَدْرُ هُوَ الْمُرَخَّصُ فِيهِ وَإِنَّمَا الْكَرَاهِيَةُ فِي الْعَبَثِ بِهِ وَلَوْ سَوَّاهُ قَبْلَ الدُّخُولِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ كَمَا فَعَلَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ كَانَ أَوْلَى وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَعْبَثُ بِالْحَصَا فَقَالَ لَوْ خَشَعَ قَلْبُ هَذَا خَشَعَتْ جَوَارِحُهُ
