[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray night prayer, and I would be lying between him and the qibla. When he wanted to perform the Witr prayer, he would wake me up and I would perform the Witr prayer. This is the wording of the hadith of Waki' reported by me.  

البيهقي:٣٥١٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ أنبأ مُحَاضِرُ بْنُ الْمُوَرِّعِ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ (ح) قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي صَلَاةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ أَيْقَظَنِي فَأَوْتَرْتُ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ وَكِيعٍ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَرَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنْ مُسَدَّدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ
