[Machine] I think the Prophet ﷺ attributed this to Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) when he said, "The prayer is interrupted by a dog, a donkey, a menstruating woman, a Jew, a Christian, a Magian, and a pig." He said, "But it will suffice you if they are in front of you at the distance of a stone's throw and they do not interrupt your prayer." And Abu Ali Al-Rudhbari informed us that Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us that Abu Dawood narrated to us that Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Basri, a client of Banu Hashim, narrated to us that Mu'adh mentioned it in a similar way, except that he said, "I think it is from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." He said, "If one of you prays without a barrier in front of him, then his prayer is interrupted." He did not mention the Christian nor the menstruating woman. He said, "But if they pass in front of him at the distance of a stone's throw, he will be rewarded for it."  

أَحْسَبُهُ أَسْنَدَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْحَائِضُ وَالْيَهُودِيُّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ وَالْمَجُوسِيُّ وَالْخِنْزِيرُ قَالَ وَيَكْفِيكَ إِذَا كَانُوا مِنْكَ عَلَى قَدْرِ رَمْيَةٍ بِحَجَرٍ لَمْ يَقْطَعُوا صَلَاتَكَ 3488 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبَصْرِيُّ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ثنا مُعَاذٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى غَيْرِ السُّتْرَةِ فَإِنَّهُ يَقْطَعُ صَلَاتَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّصْرَانِيَّ قَالَ وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْحَائِضَ قَالَ وَيُجْزِي عَنْهُ إِذَا مَرُّوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى قَدْرِ رَمْيَةٍ بِحَجَرٍ
