[Machine] He (the narrator) said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no prayer without purification, and a charity (donation) from unlawful earnings is not accepted."  

البيهقي:٣٣٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ دَلَّوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا صَلَاةَ بِغَيْرِ طَهُورٍ وَلَا تُقْبَلُ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ غُلُولٍ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سِمَاكٍ فَثَبَتَ بِهَذِهِ الْأَخْبَارِ وُجُوبُ الِانْصِرَافِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ عِنْدَ الْحَدَثِ وَوُجُوبُ الْوُضُوءِ وَقَدْ قَالَ فِيمَا رُوِّينَا عَنْهُ إِحْرَامُهَا التَّكْبِيرُ فَلَا يَعُودُ إِلَيْهَا إِلَّا بِاسْتِئْنَافِ تَكْبِيرٍ وَفِي ذَلِكَ كَالدَّلَالَةِ عَلَى اسْتِئْنَافِ الصَّلَاةِ
